Excerpt “On April 22, 2022, Colorado Senate President Stephen Fenberg introduced SB22-224, entitled the “Donor-conceived Persons and Donor-conceived Persons Protection Act.” The bill passed the Senate State, Veterans, and Military Affairs Committee with a unanimous bi-partisan vote and has a fair chance of making it through the full legislative process before Colorado’s legislative session ends May 11, 2022.”
